Green Hours is the „oldest” jazz café - and probably the most respected independent theatre - in Romania. Since 1994, every week, our club hosts jazz, blues, electric, alternative music evenings and, since 1997, besides all that, theatrical shows (off-off Broadway kind of...). Jazz

💚 Day 3 of GHJFest is dedicated to the adventurous spirit of contemporary Italian jazz, bringingtogether two remarkable projects united by one of Europe’s most celebrated pianists: Giovanni
Guidi.

”Thanks to Joe and Enrico, I start from my repertoire to move towards more intense sounds andrhythms, with a nod to Alice Coltrane.
Joe Rehmer (bass) and Enrico Morello (drums) are two travel companions with whom I have
shared many adventures and audiences. This new trio is a way for me to explore a new
freedom, starting from my catalogue to move towards more intense sounds and rhythms, with a
nod to Alice Coltrane. The trio, after a first tour in South Africa and Namibia in May 2024, has
developed both in the version with acoustic piano and with Wurlitzer, adapting to very different
