We are pleased to announce Ms. Michelle Iliev, State Secretary for Digitalization at the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization of the Republic of Moldova, as a speaker at the Future of Governance: European Financial Integration & the Strategic Digital Advantage conference.

With over a decade of experience in e-governance and digital economy initiatives, Ms. Michelle Iliev plays a key role in advancing Moldova’s digital transformation agenda. Her work focuses on strengthening digital public infrastructure, fostering innovation ecosystems, and enhancing business competitiveness, while supporting the country’s alignment with European Union standards.

At the conference, she will join Panel II: “Digital Advantage & Risk Governance – The Strategic Perspective,” where she will bring insights on digital public infrastructure, governance frameworks, and the role of technology in accelerating economic development and EU integration.
