🌐 Advancing Academic Excellence at ASE! 🌐

Today, May 29, Professor Constantin Marius Profiroiu, PhD, Vice-Rector for International Relations, met with Dr. Kirsten W. Kininmonth, Senior Lecturer at the University of Glasgow’s prestigious Adam Smith Business School.
As part of our commitment to institutional alignment with international AACSB standards, Dr. Kininmonth delivered an impactful training session for ASE faculty. The workshop focused on elevating the educational experience, exploring key strategies such as:

Innovative Course Design: Adapting curricula to meet modern academic demands.

Active Pedagogy: Boosting student engagement and improving learning outcomes, even within large student cohorts.

Modernized Assessment: Refining grading and evaluation methods to reflect real-world skills.

This collaboration is a vital step forward in strengthening ASE's culture of quality, expanding our international footprint, and ensuring continuous professional development for our teaching staff.

On May 14, Prof. Nicolae Istudor, Rector of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, together with Prof. Constantin Marius Profiroiu, Vice-rector for International Relations welcomed His Excellency Sami Nagga, Ambassador of the Republic of Tunisia to Bucharest, as well as representatives of University of Sousse, Université de Carthage, and University of Manouba, three prestigious higher education institutions from Tunisia, for the signing of three Memoranda of Understanding.

These agreements lay the foundation for strengthening international cooperation between the partner institutions and further support ASE’s internationalization strategy through the development of academic, scientific, and educational collaborations with leading universities in Tunisia.

Through these new partnerships, ASE reaffirms its commitment to expanding international cooperation and strengthening its presence within the global academic community.
