👉 NYC Hustle, often just called the “Hustle,” is a fast-paced and energetic partner dance that emerged in New York City during the 1970s disco era. It blends elements of swing, Latin, and ballroom dances, making it versatile and stylish.
The Hustle is typically performed to disco or uptempo dance music, characterized by its smooth, flowing movements and quick, syncopated footwork.

👉 Yahya’s background is in Hip Hop, House, Capoeira and Acrobatics. He also co-founded a dance and acrobatics studio in Brooklyn, NYC called .

What up guys and gals! Let us tell you a short story.

There are many gifts that Hip-Hop culture offers: art, entertainment, education, diversity, critical thinking, perspective, growth. Along our journey we’ve received these things and many more. But perhaps the most important aspect it offers is COMMUNITY - bringing people together under the same banner for a good time.
Whether they practice the art forms or not, everyone present speaks the same language. You don’t need to be proficient in it to understand it, it’s more of a feeling that transcends language barriers, literal or not - something special that you can only experience by being there. If you’ve ever been to one, you know.

And we’re working on getting everyone together for exactly that. Meet our new festival, FAMILY AFFAIR - the perfect opportunity to let loose, make new connections and create memories that will a last a lifetime.

We’ve gathered some of the illest talent from the Romanian Hip-Hop scene and beyond to grace our stages at one of the dopest spots in the city - ! Dance battles & workshops, live art, lounge and jam area, lit DJ sets and afterparties and to top it off, and a fire concert a lot of y’all been waiting for. And there’s more on the way.

So mark your calendar, gather your crew, and get ready to be part of an unforgettable celebration that pays homage to 50 years of Hip-Hop culture.

To make it easier, we'll let you pick the track. Show us your best stuff and send your video before Thursday 12.08 at noon. Easy, right?
