BALAN Gelato

The people smiling at you in this photo are witnesses to the birth of Bar D’Amore, the story that facilitates the marriage of my two great loves: music and gelato.
If everything goes according to plan, we will open at the end of this year.
Bar D’Amore continues the fabulous story started by Gelato D’Amore, a store that we will reopen in the second part of February and D’Amore, which will open its doors in the middle of February.
It’s great that all 3 of our concepts are in Nice, a place that we will always consider as our home and to which we owe so much, for which we will always be grateful.
I know that my texts are always long, but I can’t end without thanking those who were, are and will be with us, every gesture you made mattered, without you we wouldn’t have gotten here, because no matter how it sounds, the truth is that without you we are nothing.
We also thank France for facilitating our meetings full of kindness, wonder, flavor, charm, romance and love.
