"International Nuotta" Youth Exchange - 24 - 28 March March 2026, Youth Centre Piispala, Finland.🇫🇮
💥Five teams from five countries had the great opportunity to meet in Finland at the Youth Centre Piispala, Kannonkoski: Finland🇫🇮, Romania 🇷🇴, Latvia🇦🇹, Spain🇪🇦, Hungary🇭🇺 in a YE and to experience an amazing education method: Nuotta coaching method.
👨👩👧👦The Romanian team was led by Gaby Ianos and Darius Lates as coordinators in this project and also the members of the Creative People Community management team, along with Adriano Prodan , Dumitru Denis , Marina Corneliu and Roxana Giurgiu , as young participants. 🌈
💢Values: Respect, Care, Communication, Originality.
🌀Challenges: to discover ourselves, to overcome physical and mental barriers, to get to know other organizational cultures, to work in a team, to socialize, to learn to survive in nature, to create beautiful things from stones, to use sport as a means of developing physical, mental, social and personal skills: curling, ice skating, football, volleyball, basketball, wellbeing in nature, take care about animals. 🫏

🏞"Why is Finland the happiest country?" "Because we have low expectations," came the answer. But this YE exceeded our expectations, being the best YE we have all participated in, with varied activities, different topics, a well-structured agenda, but especially with trainers - coaches to match.
🫶Thank you Verneri, Jonna and Juri, for this wonderful context in which we all developed personally and overcame our physical and mental barriers, in which we got to know diversity and other organizational cultures and had fun socializing and doing sports.🏃♂️➡️

💥"Change your life" project - Kick off meeting November 20-21, 2025, funded by Erasmus+ program, Italian Youth Agency.
🎯Two full intensive days in which we, the project managers of the three organizations, TMUD - Italy🇮🇹, CPC - Romania🇷🇴 and AISD - Spain🇪🇦, met in Rome to get to know each other better and establish the action plan for the smooth development of the project.
👨👩👧👦Focused mainly on the partnership agreement, the sessions of the 2 days clarified aspects related to communication, action plan, risk management, dissemination, financial management, according to an agenda specially prepared by project coordinator - TMUD.
🌀Each partner assumed a well-defined role in this process:
* CPC project manager and also career counselor assumed the role of detailing and clarifying important aspects related to the role of the career counselor, project objectives, expected results, activities, deadlines, participant profile, their selection, providing an infopack and a google forms.🎢
* TMUD project coordinator informed us about the Agency's requirements regarding the project and prepared the partnership agreement for signing, the action plan and time sheet which all partners agreed on and we signed the agreement.📃
* AISD project manager shared her experience in similar projects.📚
Also, aspects regarding dissemination were clarified and we completed the dissemination plan with deadlines.🧩
Yesterday ended with the financial management plan - amounts, deadlines, eligible costs.💰
Today the discussion focused on communication and management and as a result the management and risk plan was updated as well as the communication plan.💫
💢The context was favorable to communication, collaboration, exchange of information and experiences that led to the results we expected in the project, all tasks being achieved.

🌿Sustainable Future of Organizations Training Course 30 October - 6 November 2025, Stubičke Toplice, Croatia.🇭🇷
💫Focused on exploring various strategies and methods regarding organizational sustainability and regenerative thinking, this training course was an opportunity for me to change my perspective on association development.
💥First of all, it was an intensive process of self-discovery and what is the personal attitude to new approaches and tools, including the financial side and then as an organizational leader, looking at the whole.
📌During this process, guided by Juraj and Thomas, we discovered the 8 forms of capital as tools for the organization: social, material, financial, living, intellectual, experiential, spiritual and cultural, but also what sustainable and regenerative organizational models are.
👀I identified the biggest challenges in the organization I lead and, with the help of the other participants, I was able to find solutions at the team level, at the decision-making level and at the organizational culture level, so that our association can grow and be regenerative, with a team actively involved in both decision-making and assuming responsibilities. My action plan developed during the training will be implemented.
💰Financially, the projects we are involved in will partially provide us with the necessary financial resources, but in the meantime we will need to become stronger and have the realistic capacity - people, time, money - to support the organization in the long term.
🎯I realized that to achieve this I had to raise my own standard of living, to be able to support the organization's work, and thank you Thomas for the challenge.
🌅Also, Juraj, thank you for the work-life balance, the list of green and red flags, which provided me with qualitative and quantitative indicators for a better life as well as for all the challenges of teamwork.
🥳I really enjoyed the connection with the other participants and all the moments spent with all of you, in which we had unique experiences and in which we saw that we have common values and objectives regardless of the organizational culture or country we come from.
🫶Thank you Anja for the logistics and for familiarizing me with the local nature, which made me feel safe.
🤗Thank you Juraj, Thomas and Anja for this immersive training in which I was challenged to develop both personally and professionally, being more aware than ever of my potential, of the organization I lead, but especially of a new perspective in which to use the new tools and methods learned for a win-win pattern.
