We are looking for a Hybrid Operations Coordinator to manage the perfect blend of high-standard guest services, efficient daily operations, and essential ship handling. You are the organized, hands-on backbone of our growing international team.

Salary: €2500 NET per month 💶

Private Onboard Quarters: Free, private living quarters onboard our hotel ships (Live Rent-Free in central Amsterdam!). 🏠

📋 YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your role is a structured hybrid, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high standards.

1. Guest Services & Hospitality Excellence

Manage guest registrations, check-ins, and communication.

Oversee daily breakfast preparation and service.

Lead housekeeping activities (cabins, laundry, common areas) to maintain high standards.

2. Operations & Administration Support

Manage bookings via platforms like Booking.com and Airbnb.

Handle bookkeeping and general administrative tasks.

Organize weekly team schedules and operational procedures.

Monitor and organize stock levels (food, beverage, supplies).

3. Sailing & Ship Support (Approx. Twice a Week)

Actively assist during ship movements and canal cruises.

Support the captain as a Mate/Deckhand with ropes and basic ship handling.

Participate in all company safety qualification programs.

🛠️ WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Organizational Leader: Strong planning, structured mindset, and extreme attention to detail.

Experience: Proven background in hospitality, guest services, or hotel operations.

Admin Savvy: Comfortable with administrative tasks, bookings, scheduling, and basic bookkeeping.

Dynamic Spirit: Reliable, flexible, and hands-on, ready to lead by example.

Language Skills: Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).

EU Citizenship is mandatory.
