Recently, we had the opportunity to organise an Employer Branding event for Philip Morris Romania.
We managed the full event flow, so the client could focus on what mattered most: connecting with people and strengthening their brand presence.

Last week we told you about The Journey of Senses: the interactive experience we created for the Top Employers Conference by Undelucram.ro.
Participants joined a conference-wide treasure hunt designed to spark real interaction:
1. Scan the QR code
2. Download the app
3. Complete the challenges: each booth featured a personalized activity representing one of the five senses (& their brand)
4. Upload proof and collect digital “sense cards”
5. Enter the Hype Raffle to win team experiences
This is a conference concept we designed especially for large-scale events, developed together with Rookeyz to blend digital play with real connection.
And yes, one of the stands was ours. We activated the sense of Taste with a cocktail bar where participants printed their vibe directly on the foam of their drink. 🍸
