Over the past several years, we have observed that, particularly after the age of 40, is significantly influenced by factors such as sleep, chronic stress, metabolic health, energy levels, recovery and overall lifestyle.
For this reason, we integrated into our programs an awareness and agency module focused on the relationship between health, lifestyle and sustainable performance.
Our role is not to practice medicine or provide medical treatment. Our role is educational: we help leaders and executive teams better understand the factors that influence energy, cognitive clarity, resilience and long-term performance.
Following this awareness stage, participants who wish to go deeper are connected with a relevant ecosystem of medical and specialized professionals and organizations.
