Comfort taken to another level. Cranking it up again for one of your favorite weekend specials we have made so far. Pho in all its glory Saturday and Sunday 10:00-15:00.
Three versions this weekend as well:
👉Pho bo, which dons the best and most tender beef you can imagine
👉Vegetarian pho, with our Forest Brew marinated eggs
👉Vegan pho, with local mushrooms marinated in our Forager's Forest Brew
Also bottling a fresh batch of Kombucha and Jun Kombucha as you drank it all last weekend.
No reservations, walk-in and dine-in only (no takeaway).
Weekend-ul acesta va fi primul in care vom avea din nou deschis cm se cuvine, pentru dine-in (si doar pentru dine-in).
Ne-a fost dor sa ne rasune sala de rasete si chin chin-uri, sa ne grabim cu farfuriile spre bucatarie, sa va avem la masa si sa povestim despre fermenti.
In acest weekend comenzile se vor da la masa (nu mai trebuie sa stati la coada la Grain Trip pentru a comanda la Forager, yay).
Supa pho in toate cele trei variante ale sale (cu carne de vita, vegetariana si vegana) nu va fi disponibila pentru takeaway, este un preparat delicat si muncit care nu ar supravietui cu bine unui drum prin oras.
A fost o perioada grea pentru noi si avem emotii cat casa. Si supa pho. Sambata si duminica, orele 10:00-15:00 sau pana ne cad mainile tot facand taitei.

Definitely the hardest part of makijg the pho bo is to make them rice noodles.
The traditional method entails making a batter (not a dough) and cooking them partially in a bain marie until they get translucent and gain their elasticity. We make them in small batches (purely because there is no other way 😁).
They're chewy and delish. And gluten free.
Pho bo, vegetarian pho and vegan pho this weekend at Forager. Saturdays and Sundays, dine-in no takeaway for these beauties. No reservations, walk-in only.
