Postura "Razboinicul 1" ajuta la imbunatatirea echilibrului, a tonusului muscular, si a focusarii. Intareste musculatura bratelor, a picioarelor, a spatelui si alungeste coloana vertebrala. Imbunatateste capacitatea pulmonara si stimuleaza circulatia sangelui in tot corpul. Tonifica in special muschii bratelor, ai coapselor si gambelor, cei fesieri, gleznele, dar si musculatura abdominala.
