The Corndog Caravan

Hi everyone, buna tuturor, it’s with a heavy heart that I must announce that Corndog Caravan is soon coming to an end after 3 great years. Saturday March 22nd will be the last day. I just wanted to thank everyone who visited and enjoyed the American carnival food that I was excited to share in the country I love so much. It was all my pleasure. However, I’m also very excited to announce that my friend and colleague Roni will be reopening that great location with an exciting new menu that will also compliment the great beer next door. Look for him to be ready to go in early April. Besides a huge thank you to everyone who visited, I want to also give a big thank you to Roni who was with me from the beginning and helped make it happen. Thanks to all the guys at Hophooligans who were awesome hosts and great to work alongside with. In my opinion, they have the best craft beer this side of the Mississippi river. (that’s a Minnesota reference). It really was a fun run. Some of the menu might be limited toward the end of the week due to the winding down of ingredients, but we should have enough corndogs. Thanks again, everybody!

This week's special we are doing something different and serving a Romanian comfort food specialty! As Romanians can probably guess from the pictures, it's Ciorba de Fasole cu Afumatura! Or, to Americans, Smoked Rib and Bean Soup. Don't worry, it was made by a Romanian! Limited portions so hurry in. The weather is right!

Hey everyone, the special this week is (drumroll)..... Pork tenderloin sandwich! Breaded pork cutlet topped with cheese, tomato, lettuce onions, and mayonnaise! Served with 🍟! Get it early because it might not last long! It's a real banger! (because it's pounded thin, get it?) Enjoy!
