A "Chicken Lollipops" Story🍭

A memorable moment is always generated through three forces who work for the end goal: to generate culinary experience. Each of them has a piece in this dish (literally)

In this case, the parents of this masterwork are:

🔪Chef Gorgan Gabriel from Horeca Culinary School who made a perfectly balanced Chicken lollipops dish as a humane reminder that not all fine dining experiences need to be formal and bourgeois. Keeping it professional and playful is a stark reminder that we need to find our own individuality into our works.

That's a very good question! We asked our dearest friend gabriel ⭐ from Horeca Culinary School 💜 the same question and he answered with this beautiful plate:

🍗Chicken Breast with Teriyaki Glaze.

The blend of the colors with a red impact makes this serving one of our favourites for the Fuji Ash Collection, leeping the traditional forms of the plate in a perfect blend of taste and color.
