𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐭-𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫

The Junior Web Developer Intern will work closely with our developers, creatives, and the broader account team, to build and maintain digital projects for our growing list of clients. In this role, we're looking for someone with a good foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and an intense desire to learn more. You'll gain valuable experience working on a variety of different projects. This is a paid internship.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

* Develop web-based applications and enhancements that meet user requirements and follow design standards;
* Analyse problems as assigned, and provide a structured solution;
* Ensure a high-quality codebase;
* Interact with team members in order to achieve project goals;
* Database knowledge.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

* Detailed work and organizational skills;
* Desire to be part of a rapidly growing team;
* Minimum 1-year web development experience. Experience with HTML, CSS, and Javascript;
* Experience with developing websites with modern UI frameworks such as Tailwind / Bootstrap / Bulma / etc.;
* Familiarity with SASS preprocessors;
* Experience with version control (e.g Git);
* Ensure a high-quality codebase;
* Good knowledge of written and spoken English;
* University Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering, or similar studies.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞

• Interest in digital marketing - to be active online and interested in the latest social platforms;
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools including Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager;
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
• Creative thinking and innovation for new campaign ideas;
• Ability to understand the needs of our clients and how to cater services to their needs;
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly;
• Excellent English skills.

𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Must be a recent marketing graduate or current senior pursuing a degree in marketing or related degree.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞

• No experience is required to apply. Some digital marketing experience is preferred.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Conduct research and gather insight on competitors’ marketing tactics, social media, strategic communications, and new product release;
• Create and manage marketing campaigns;
• Write blogs as assigned (typically 2 per month);
• Create content for website, and social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram);
• Assists in measuring the effectiveness of strategies by reporting from a variety of sources (Google Analytics, Google Search Console );
• Communicate and build relationships with current or potential clients;
• New strategies for email, social media, and website.
