Giant set for shoulders 6 exercises 4 to 6 sets 10 to 20 reps .
Triceps 4 exercises 4 to 5 sets 8 to 15 reps.

Uprigt row DB +lateral raise Db+Rear delts Db+ Front raises Db + Press seated DB +Shrugs Db.....

Closed bench Press +Closed push ups+Puhsdown Rope+1arm pushdown.

Somedays the energy is so high....environment are so good ....and you don't fell the time....today was one of this days.
Almost 3 hours of fun!!!!!

Incline flys Db+Front raises Db 4x10/20
Flat press+Military press 4x10/20
Peck deck+Rear delts 3x15/30
Precor chest press + Machine shoulders press 3x15/30
Pullover cable +Upright Row cable
3x15/30
Abs machine 5x20 + Obliques cable 5x20/20
Rest 15 minutes
Skull crushers+ Barbell curl 5x10/20
Hammer curl Db+French press Db 4x10/20
Cable curl wide + Pushdown 3x 15/30
One arm curl cable +one arm pushdown with inclusion 5x15/30
