Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Receptionist to join our client’s team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and always delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
* Assist customers with inquiries, appointments, and general support
* Handle phone calls, emails, and front-desk communication efficiently
* Maintain a neat and organized reception area
* Ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for all visitors and clients
* Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as required
Requirements:
* Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or front-desk operations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Presentable, courteous, and customer-oriented
* Ability to multitask and manage reception duties efficiently
* Currently available in Qatar preferred.
