* Prepare *BOQ (Bill of Quantities)* and *Scope of Work*
* Develop *estimations* and *quotations* for projects
* *Oversee work sites* to ensure quality and progress
* Prepare detailed *project reports* and documentation

*🔹 Qualifications & Requirements:*

* Minimum *2 years of experience* in Civil Renovation & Interior works
* *Diploma or Degree* in Civil Engineering
* Experience driving a car
* Ability to *prepare and understand technical drawings*
