VAVA’s mission is to represent the man in control of the technological world whilst ahead of himself also. Nowadays, in an environment of high-speed culture, money, turbo capitalism, media overload, digital revolution, ecstasy of consumption, mega trends and accelerated culture, eyewear represents deceleration, purism, and metaphysics. The protection conferred by eyewear it is not just physically against a hostile environment (pollution, dust, UV, etc.) but also spiritually, allowing a certain dose of asceticism and renunciation, expressing the antithesis of acceleration and rest.
