Dilma’s intention for her work is that it inspires the wearer to set an intention before putting the piece on. “I create the work so that it will hold the energy that supports you. For this to have its full power, you can hold the piece & set your intention. Let the piece be charged with your wish and imagine it happening”. After studying Jewellery design in Lisbon, Portugal (1991-1994), Dilma moved to London and worked at Cox And Power jewellers in South Kensington for two years before she become self employed. Her work sold successfully in several galleries. In 2006 she moved to Australia and returned to Portugal in 2017. Amuleto Design contemporary jewellery can be bought directly from Dilma.
