Send us your sample (cultures, tissues, soil, water, food, etc.) and we will extract the DNA using our robust high-throughput methods. The sample DNA is then amplified by PCR for an informative genetic marker and analysed by massive parallel sequencing (next-generation sequencing). You receive a detailed report describing the species composition, diversity indexes, evolutionary analysis, among others.

IDENTIFICA Sample Collection Kits are designed for an easy collection and transport of non-human samples for DNA analyses. The kits are provided in small packages for easy handling in field sampling activities. The sterile pre-packaged kits provide the researcher with all the necessary materials to collect different types of samples.
