ED have lead to expansion and further development of the programme for the benefit of the global church. Today, CEDLED programme has become a development and training programme for Pastors, Church workers and Christian leaders at the local church level. At CEDLED, we endeavour to develop Word-based and Spirit-inspired training materials; groom cutting-edge discipleship and leadership recourse persons who will become arrowheads in God's hand to anchor for the required change in the 21st Century local church development. It is gratifying to see young people become true followers (disciples) of Jesus Christ and develop into godly leaders who will live a purpose-directed life and by the same impart many others within and outside their faith communities. As we gather together under the power of God's word and His Spirit for an experience that will bring about a supernatural breakthrough of power in every season of our development and training programme, our prayer is that you will indeed become arrowheads in God's hand to anchor for the change the church desire to have in the 21st Century. CEDLED Programme Objectives
Our primary objectives are:
1. To take the Church back to her disciple-making root.

2. To bring transformation in lifestyle through the study of the word of God and work of the Holy Spirit in students´ lives.

3. To bring transformation in service through identification and use of spiritual gifts as well as through training in specialized areas of Christian service.

4. To bring transformation in leadership through training programmes that develops exceptional leaders for the local church – Leaders with godly character and skills necessary to rise to the challenges of ungodly influencing cultures at all levels – church, family, society, etc.

5. To train workers and leaders who are able to explore their abilities, evaluate and identify where they would enhance effectiveness in order to resonate well with the leadership task at the local church level. CEDLED Programme
At CEDLED School of Ministry, we run ministry development and training programme that is designed to help you achieve increased productivity in your church/ministry efforts. The ministry development and training programme is structured into three basic modules covering - Discipleship and Mentoring, Chiristian Service and the Spirit-Life, Leadership and People Development. Each of these modules include in scope topics that are necessary for practical Christian ministry development. These modules must be successfully taken by every participant in three sessions of the CEDLED School of Ministry for an award of Diploma Certificate:

1. The first module of our development and training programme is specifically designed to help participants in developing Christ-centred Discipleship Ministry at the local church level. It covers basic training in disciple-making, Christian character study and transformation.

2. MODULE 02: Christian Service and the Spirit-Filled Life. The second module of our development and training programme is designed to prepare God's people, to serve, and to build up the body of Christ. It is also designed to help participants discover what it means to worship God in truth and in Spirit.

3. MODULE 03: Leadership and People Development. The last module of our training programme before the award of a Diploma Certificate in Practical Ministry and Application is Leadership and People Development. This module is designed to help develop exceptional leaders for the local church – leaders with godly character and skills necessary to rise to the challenges of ungodly influencing cultures at all levels – church, family, society, etc.
