⚫ STATIC ROTATIONS WORKSHOP
➡️ In this workshop you'll be introduced to some basic ways to start your rotations journey, with rotation combos that don't include inversions (and for advanced students, inversions and also aysha twisted may be included).
➡️ Karem will introduce you to intricate combos that challenge your coordination and patience.
➡️ Learn how to engage the right muscles, control your moves, and use your lines to create beautiful, seamless rotations.

⚫ LEVEL: beginner and above (must be comfortable with most of leg hangs).
