Congratulations to Ana Martins and Gabriel Valença for the best PhD awards in Urban Mobility (1st place and honorable mention), from RedeMOV - Universidade de Lisboa

Both U-Shifters obtained a degree in PhD in Transportation Systems at Instituto Superior Técnico, CERIS Civil Engineering Research and Innovation for Sustainability

A few weeks ago, the U-Shift members (Ana Karina Christ, Filipe Moura, Gabriel Valença, Jéssica Lucena, Mauricio Orozco Fontalvo, Miguel Costa e Rosa Félix) had the privilege of attending the 5th Annual Forum of the Doctoral Training Network (DTN) in Ghent, Belgium, expertly organized by EIT Urban Mobility and Universiteit Gent.

A special thanks to Prof. Benjamin Büttner for the invitation and for the opportunity to be part of such a valuable network.

In addition to U-Shift's participation, we also celebrated Miguel Costa and Gabriel Valença's Graduation Ceremony, marking their completion of the Doctoral Training Network (DTN).

We look forward to reconnecting with everyone at next year's Annual Forum at Universidade de Lisboa and Instituto Superior Técnico, where our Lisbon team will do its best to ensure the event is as successful as this one in Ghent!
