Location: Lagos
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

As a Property & Guest Services Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our holiday rental operations ensuring guests receive top-notch service throughout their stay.

Your responsibilities will include checking properties before guest arrivals, carrying out operational duties such as meeting and greeting guests.

A proactive attitude to problem-solving is essential to ensure guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a flexible approach, especially during busy times, including weekends and bank holidays.

A professional appearance and a full driving license are required.
