I recently immigrated from Cape Town, South Africa, where I’ve been offering Yoga classes since 2009. I am an internationally certified Iyengar Yoga teacher through Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute and an internationally registered Vinyasa Yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance. I specialise in boutique Yoga classes in an intimate atmosphere, one-on-one and small groups, to ensure a personal experience. Individual Yoga classes are adapted to suit all levels, from beginner, through intermediate, to advanced. Group Yoga classes are labelled at a specific level, foundation or intermediate, to provide the best collective learning experience. I travel to you and offer private Yoga in the comfort of your home, hotel, or office anywhere in Madeira, or you can book your class at my Yoga studio in Funchal, or join my group Yoga classes, or practice with me Online via Zoom from any location in the world.
