From Manchester to 18.68 Cocktail Boutique, Yadney from Sterling brought technique, elegance, and personality to a special night behind our bar. A meeting of great bars, great drinks, and great stories.

Austrian-born, World Class Bartender of the Year in the Cayman Islands in 2023, with stints at Library by the Sea, Cova Santa and Bar Sauvage. In March 2025 she opened Aldea in El Born with her partner, a Mexican-cenote-inspired bar, built with their own hands over two months of renovation. It has since picked up Best New Opening at FIBAR 2025 and a star on the Top Cocktail Bars list.

The team behind BYIT, the IT Restaurants Group’s hybrid cocktails-and-bites concept opened in Brera at Via Fiori Chiari 32 in June 2025. Bar manager Dario Schiavoni brings an international background that includes a stint at the Bulgari Bar in Dubai, and the drink list is built around four classics, Negroni, Margarita, Daiquiri and Highball, each rewritten in three versions, including a gastronomic one designed for food pairing.

Head Bartender at STERLING, the Schofield brothers’ bar at the Stock Exchange Hotel. Won Emerging Bartender of the Year at the 2024 CLASS Bar Awards and, in parallel, Bartender of the Year at the Manchester Bar Awards, all within just a few years behind the stick.

On May 19, 18.68 Cocktail Boutique welcomes Fernandes of Manchester, followed by .schiavoni, Luca Papazzo and Fabio Boccasile of before concluding with of .bcn Barcelona — a seamless progression of style, craft, and understated sophistication.
