On Tuesday at 8 o'clock in the evening, our dishwasher broke down, and we decided to contact the company Master USC, which our friends had recommended. I sent a message on WhatsApp to this company, not expecting to receive a response so late, but they replied immediately! They asked for the model, the symptoms of the malfunction, and promised to send a technician by the morning.
Master Andrei actually arrived at 10 in the morning with all the necessary tools. He quickly identified the cause of the malfunction - a cracked adapter, and also found out that we had not been using special salt for cleaning. Andrei went to get the replacement part himself, cleaned a large plastic container (which turned out to be clogged), and completely restored the functionality of our dishwasher.
We have been living in Portugal for a year, and we had a disappointing experience with a service call when our washing machine suddenly started leaking. We called a local specialist through our landlord, and he came three days later. He spent a long time working on it, left, came back with a friend two days later, and they still didn't fix anything. Two days after that, all three of them came again, inspecting, studying, unscrewing, and screwing things back in. They didn't fix anything, but they did manage to damage the white coating on one of our kitchen cabinets. All of this was accompanied by communication difficulties, as none of the three spoke English.
So, you can imagine our joy when dealing with Master USC, who immediately responded and sent a technician who spoke our language and solved the problem quickly, with quality work, and at a reasonable cost.
Of course, I will continue to use this company in the future.
