On April 28th, Portugal experienced a rare and widespread blackout.

We were disconnected for hours — no power, internet, or connection to the outside world. 🕯️It was unruly. It was inconvenient. But above all, it was a powerful reminder: 🔦

➡️ What we experienced for a few hours is the daily reality for millions of children worldwide.

That’s why we design team-building experiences with purpose. One is “The Gift of Light,” 💡an activity developed in partnership with SolarBuddy in which teams come together to build solar-powered lights for children living in energy poverty.

🌍 Through this hands-on, high-impact experience:

✅Participants assemble Solar Buddies, clean energy lights sent to remote communities.

✅Each person writes a personal note to the child who will receive their light, creating a meaningful, human connection.

✅Teams leave with stronger bonds and with the knowledge they’ve contributed to genuine, global change
