After a long travel day, we finally made it to the Lofoten Islands, Norway 🇳🇴

1st stop, Svolvaer where we had dinner by the harbor at Bacalao. I had their namesake dish, which was a salted and dried cod fish soup with potatoes, olives, peppers and tomatoes, and a tropical IPA. 😋

FUN FACT: Tomorrow, we’re hiking to the top of that mountain in the background! ⛰️
