ENG: The 3EEE steering committee convened on May 13 to advance the restructuring of practical courses through the 3EEE Flipped Approach. During this session, the consortium evaluated the initial draft of the Training Manual for Redesigning Practical Courses, a document establishing a clear methodology for triple flipped learning models. Committee members provided critical feedback to strengthen connections with modern labour market demands and incorporate practical insights from ongoing pilot courses.

Concurrently, production on the Facilitator Guide for the Professional Diploma is nearing completion. The group also addressed broader strategic initiatives, including evaluation mechanisms, dissemination plans, long-term project sustainability, and preliminary organization for the autumn closing ceremony. These advancements build momentum toward the upcoming management meeting in Athens on June 22-23, where work package leaders will deliver detailed progress reports covering the recent operational period.

عقدت اللجنة التوجيهية لمشروع (3EEE) اجتماعاً في 13 مايو للمضي قدماً في إعادة هيكلة المساقات العملية عبر تطبيق "نهج 3EEE المعكوس". وشهدت الجلسة تقييم التحالف للمسودة الأولية لـ "دليل التدريب لإعادة تصميم المساقات العملية"، وهي وثيقة تضع منهجية واضحة لنماذج التعلم المعكوس الثلاثي. كما قدم أعضاء اللجنة مرئيات جوهرية لتوثيق الروابط مع متطلبات سوق العمل الحديثة، وتضمين الرؤى التطبيقية المستمدة من المساقات التجريبية القائمة حالياً.

وفي سياق متصل، يقترب العمل على إنتاج "دليل الميسر للدبلوم المهني" من مراحله النهائية. وتناولت المجموعة كذلك مبادرات استراتيجية أشمل، تضمنت آليات التقييم، وخطط النشر، واستدامة المشروع على المدى الطويل، والتحضيرات الأولية للحفل الختامي المزمع عقده في الخريف. وتأتي هذه الخطوات لتضفي زخماً إيجابياً قبيل اجتماع الإدارة المرتقب في أثينا يومي 22 و23 يونيو، والذي سيعرض خلاله قادة حزم العمل تقارير مفصلة حول سير الإنجاز خلال الفترة التشغيلية الماضية.
