نحن لسنا مجرد أرقام في النشرات الإخبارية، ولا صوراً عابرة للمعانة. خلف كل وجهٍ متعب، وخلف كل ثوبٍ رُتّب بعناية، هناك حياة كاملة، أحلام دُمّرت، وعائلات تشتتت.
خرجنا بشنطة واحدة، نعم.. تركنا خلفنا جدران بيوتنا، تفاصيل مطابخنا، وضحكاتنا التي كانت تملأ المكان. لكننا لم نترك كرامتنا ولا شغفنا.
لا تحكموا علينا من مظهرنا الخارجي، فنحن نقاوم بالجمال، ونبتسم فوق الوجع، ولا زلنا قويات.. وسنبقى. الكلمات تخرج من غزة الصابرة، لتصل إلى كل قلب يؤمن بالحرية والإنسانية.
