Kandahar (Afghanistan) is facing a big drought, crops and cattle are dying. About a WEEK AGO, 1000's of people gathered to perform the 'Rain Prayer' (صلاة الاستسقاء)
the BBC forecasts a week of continuous rain for Kandahar:
heavy rainfall has now been confirmed in Kandahar.
Salatal-istisqa (prayer for rain) works for true believers, inshallah.
After severe drought for many years, it started raining and SNOWING there.
Alhamdulillah Rabbil alameen for everything.
