نكتب إليكم اليوم لا لنرثي فقدان مبنى فحسب، بل لنبكي على تدمير مكان كان ينبض بالأمل والحياة. إن قصف وتدمير برج الرؤيا الحديثة بالكامل في غزة، ومعه مقهانا المحبوب ريستريتو كافيه لاب، ليس مجرد خسارة مادية. إنه اعتداء على أحلام وتطلعات جيل رفض الاستسلام لليأس.

لم يكن ريستريتو كافيه لاب مجرد مكان عادي، بل كان مركزًا نابضًا بالحياة حيث يمكن للشباب أن يجتمعوا، ويحلموا، ويبدعوا. كان مكانًا تُنسج فيه الصداقات على فنجان قهوة، وتُولد فيه الأفكار من أجل مستقبل أفضل. يمثل تدميره محاولة وحشية لمحو هذه الجيوب الصغيرة من الحياة الطبيعية والتقدم. وركام مقهانا هو رمز قوي لظلم أكبر، لجهد منهجي يهدف إلى خنق روح الحياة والأمل في غزة.

إن أهل غزة لا يطلبون الكثير، فقط فرصة للعيش، والبناء، والازدهار. وتدمير ريستريتو كافيه لاب هو تذكير صارخ بمدى هشاشة هذه الفرصة. سوف نعيد البناء، ولكن على المجتمع الدولي أن يتحرك لمنع حدوث مثل هذا الدمار مرة أخرى.

We write to you today not only to mourn the loss of a building, but to lament the destruction of a place of hope and life. The bombing and complete demolition of the Modern Vision Tower in Gaza, and with it our beloved Ristretto Coffee Lab, is more than a material loss. It is an assault on the dreams and aspirations of a generation that has refused to surrender to despair.

Ristretto Coffee Lab was a vibrant hub where young people could gather, dream, and create. It was a place where friendships were forged over a cup of coffee and where ideas for a better future were born. Its destruction represents a brutal attempt to erase these small pockets of normalcy and progress. The rubble of our cafe is a powerful symbol of a larger injustice—a systematic effort to stifle the very spirit of life and hope in Gaza.

We urge the international community to look beyond the headlines and see the human cost of this conflict. This is not just a strategic strike; it is an attack on the fundamental right to live in peace and to build a better future.
