21st Century Human Resource Development Skills for 21st Century Organizations

What is important in a 21st Century Organization?
Every organization is like a fusion between a system structure:
• tasks,
• processes,
• and division of labor,
with a social system:
• different perceptions,
• attitudes,
• relationships,
• and individual plus collective behaviors.
When integrated, they can influence the performance and productivity, either positively or negatively.
Evaluating or Assessing an Organization
Some areas to be included in every organizational assessment are:
