For TROVA, that story was clear — a love letter to Puerto Rico written through flavor, improvisation, and cultural memory.

This re-brand was designed in close collaboration with Chef Daniel Lugo, whose vision celebrates Puerto Rican heritage through global technique and soulful storytelling.
