This is a glimpse into the last seven months ..the fight, the healing, and the quiet work behind the comeback.
For the past seven months, I’ve been living inside a chapter most haven’t been privy to..
An over torn meniscus changed everything right before my eyes . The way I move, the way I train, the way I understand my own body. What once felt effortless suddenly became effort.
Healing has tested me mentally, physically, and emotionally in ways I NEVER expected. There were days where progress felt invisible… but the work never stopped.
This injury didn’t just slow me down..it taught me patience, discipline, and a deeper respect for the journey of God’s LIFE. Respect for myself.
Every scar tells a story. Every setback has built a different kind of strength.
Thank you to the few friends who have helped me along the way. Your love never goes unfelt.
I am still healing. still rising. ✨ still HERE.
I vow to only go harder once FULLY recovered. This is NO WHERE NEAR the end. I’ve only just begun. 🦋
