SEND Network Puerto Rico

We began this summer greatly blessed with the first visits from churches committed to the mission here in Puerto Rico. Pastors from Sevier Heights Church in Knoxville, TN traveled across the island to connect with pastors and church planters in order to encourage, support, and pray for them.

They also met with our Director, Xavier Torrado , and our Church Planter Catalyst, Junior Martinez, at the Send Network Puerto Rico headquarters in San Juan. It was a deeply encouraging time, and we thank God for these opportunities.

Este verano lo comenzamos muy bendecidos con las primeras visitas de iglesias comprometidas con la misión aquí en Puerto Rico. Pastores de la iglesia Sevier Heights de Knoxville, TN recorrieron la isla para conectar con pastores y plantadores de iglesias con el propósito de apoyarles y orar por ellos.

También estuvieron reunidos con nuestro Director, y nuestro Catalítico de Plantadores de Iglesias, Junior Martínez en las oficinas centrales de Send Network Puerto Rico en San Juan. Fue un tiempo de mucho ánimo. Damos gracias a Dios por estas oportunidades.

North American Mission Board (NAMB)

Pastors from the Southern Baptists of Texas Convention - SBTC visited our Send Network Puerto Rico headquarters in San Juan, where they enjoyed a welcome breakfast. They also had the opportunity to hear firsthand from our Director, Pastor Xavier Torrado, about the vision for planting new churches on the island. Likewise, they shared a time of prayer for one another.

We are grateful for the SBTC’s partnership with our churches in Puerto Rico.

Pastores de la Southern Baptists of Texas Convention (SBTC) visitaron nuestras oficinas centrales de Send Network Puerto Rico en San Juan, donde disfrutaron de un desayuno de bienvenida. Además, tuvieron la oportunidad de escuchar de primera mano, por parte de nuestro director, el pastor Xavier Torrado, la visión de plantación de nuevas iglesias en la isla. Asimismo, compartieron un tiempo de oración unos por otros.
