I am a dedicated / fully committed Engineer and team player that strives each day to work diligently, ethically, and with the vision to meet the highest standards of product quality within any industry I work for using tools and concepts such as: Lean Manufacturing, 6S, Risk Management and Prevention and, Behavior Based Quality. I am a compassionate woman leader that provides a proactive, simple, easy and fun approach to drive and encourage productivity, efficiency, continuous process improvement, waste and risk elimination, and problem solving in every team and project assigned. When I am not at work, I enjoy listening to salsa and LoFi Beats music, cooking latin food (lots of rice and beans), watching movies or WWE wrestling with my husband and teenager son and, spending time with my close friends and family (specially my husband and son... who are both named William!).
