🏖️ Moderate rip current risk continues today across several beaches in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Dangerous rip currents can occur even when the ocean appears calm, especially near reefs, jetties, and piers.

🌦️ Isolated showers and thunderstorms may affect some beaches this afternoon. A tropical wave arriving Sunday will increase the risk of thunderstorms, lightning, heavy rain, and gusty winds.

🏊 Swim near lifeguards and follow local beach safety guidance.

🏖️ El riesgo moderado de corrientes marinas continúa hoy en varias playas de Puerto Rico y las Islas Vírgenes Estadounidenses. Corrientes peligrosas pueden ocurrir incluso cuando el mar aparenta estar tranquilo, especialmente cerca de arrecifes, espigones y muelles.

🌦️ Aguaceros y tormentas aisladas podrían afectar algunas playas esta tarde. Una onda tropical aumentará el riesgo de tormentas eléctricas, lluvias fuertes y ráfagas de viento para el domingo.
