We are seeking a Full-Time, Regular Remote Recruiter based in Puerto Rico with a proven track record in both the Life Sciences and IT sectors.

💼 What You’ll Do:
End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Own the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to successful onboarding.

Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, job boards, and professional networks to identify top passive and active talent in the IT, engineering, and pharmaceutical/medical device spaces.

Candidate Experience: Conduct thorough interviews, evaluate cultural and technical fit, and guide candidates through a seamless, positive interview process.

Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver high-quality talent pipelines.

📋 What We Are Looking For:
Industry Expertise: Strong, demonstrable experience recruiting for Life Sciences (Pharma, Medical Devices, Biotech) and IT/Technology roles.

Full Lifecycle Mastery: Solid experience in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.

Language Skills: Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish) with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

Location: Must be permanently residing in Puerto Rico (this is a fully remote role within the island).
