One Way

Most people call it procrastination.
It isn’t.

It’s saturation.

Too many inputs.
Too many open loops.
Too many things asking for meaning at the same time.

So the system freezes.

Not because you don’t care—
but because everything is demanding care at once.

What looks like avoidance
is often self-protection.

When the mind carries too much unresolved signal,
delay becomes the only way to survive it.

This is why “just start” doesn’t work.
And why motivation advice fails.

Progress doesn’t begin with force.
It begins when the noise drops low enough for one thing to be held.

Before momentum, there must be relief.

Al igual que el álbum, explora la figura femenina como un reflejo de amor, espiritualidad y misterio, buscando capturar la belleza efímera que se esconde en las sombras de la memoria y la luz.

Mi proceso creativo surge de la observación de la naturaleza y los ciclos del universo, donde encuentro inspiración en lo cotidiano. Dejo que las ideas tomen su tiempo para madurar, como si estuvieran “cocinándose”, esperando el momento adecuado para ser expresadas. Acepto que las ideas se transforman al manifestarse, y veo esa variación como parte de la belleza de la creatividad.
