TRUE TREASURE (2025)
A Vietnam War–era love story, told with heart and humility.
This film was born from two storytellers bridging worlds. . . .
— Producer George Ohan, an Armenian born in Syria and U.S. Army veteran, and Director, KP Phagnasay, a Laotian refugee who found home in America.
Together, we created True Treasure for the 168 Film Project out of Atlanta, Georgia — to honor the cultural threads that connect us all.
We were blessed to welcome Said F***j (from Green Zone with Matt Damon and many more) to Fresno to bring this story to life.

Today, we’re humbled and proud to share that our cast and crew have been nominated for 8 out of 12 awards at the 168 Film Project.
Winners will be announced later this month — but in our hearts, we’ve already won through the friendships, faith, and purpose this project gave us.
