We are happy to inform that we are heading to San Francisco for the Biotech Showcase event during J.P. Morgan Healthcare Week 2024 from January 8 to 11. Our CSO - Pieter Spee - will represent us there!

We are looking forward to numerous meetings with international investors and pharma companies.

Pure Biologics nominates a lead candidate in the PB004 project! PBA0405 is a fully human antibody activating NK cells to elicit tumor killing.

We are excited to inform that lead candidate PBA0405 - an afucosylated monoclonal antibody - has been selected for preclinical and clinical development as our lead candidate in the PB004. PBA-0405 will be developed as a potentially first-in-class molecule for the prototypic (ADCC) immune therapy of cancer patients with leukemia and/or solid tumors, in which cancer cells are overproducing ROR-1 protein.
With this milestone, we are initiating CMC, and phase 0 preparation, hoping to start phase 0 clinical trials in 2023.
