Our founders, Robert Otreba and Lukasz Gadja, work at the heart of the business, and have built a talented team that blends commercial experience with creativity and energy – recrutiing from local universities and the wider industry. Engineers, designers and coders typically work across multiple projects, in agile teams led by experienced project managers. While the project manager is the main point of contact, customers will often find themselves interacting with different members of the team as the situation requires.
