Participation in the scientific conference of Working Group C - XI: Pressure Vessels, Boilers and Pipelines at LUT University in provided an exceptional opportunity for exchanging expertise at the intersection of science and industry. Attending such a high - caliber academic event, organized within the framework of the International Institute of Welding, allowed for unique insights into the future directions of modern welding technology. Discussions with leading scientists from around the world confirmed that digitalization and advanced material technologies are now indispensable elements of the sector's development.

A significant portion of the program was dedicated to the challenges of the hydrogen economy. Key topics included the analysis of hydrogen embrittlement in the repurposing of existing gas pipelines and in - service welding technologies on live pipelines. In this process, VR training delivered through our XR platform will be a key element in building safe energy systems, enabling flawless preparation of specialists to work in the most demanding technical conditions.

A highlight of the program was our presentation titled "VR - enhanced tools for training of welders, NDT inspectors and procedure testing". As Dig in Vision, we showcased our in - house developed solutions, demonstrating how Virtual Reality revolutionizes welder training, the work of inspectors, and procedure testing. Our innovations met with substantial interest from the international expert community.

Dig In Vision at Future Careers Expo 2026

On March 4 - 5, we had the pleasure of debuting at the Future Careers Expo at the Norfolk Showground. The event brought together over 5,450 students and 80 exhibitors, creating a unique space for the exchange of experience between business and education.

In the "Engineering & Manufacturing" zone, we showcased the capabilities of our system, which was met with great interest from both young people and educators. Inquiries focused not only on welding techniques but also on the advanced programming that powers our solution.

We observed that engagement among young women in testing our solutions increased significantly when the demonstration was led by a female expert. This direct representation within the engineering zone effectively broke down barriers, inspiring female students to actively explore technology.
