Another successful Transition of ERJ 190-200 Aircraft to New Operator.

In September 2024, three ERJ 190-200 aircraft previously operated by a Chinese carrier joined our fleet. The aircraft are owned by one of our regular customers, and ALL4JETS had the pleasure of overseeing their transition under our CAMO.

One of these aircraft – MSN 19000749 (ex B-3289) – was stored and maintained at Toulouse Airport by ALL4JETS Technics, under our Continuing Airworthiness Management. Following its registration in Malta, the aircraft was ferried to Warsaw, where it underwent:
-A comprehensive maintenance check,
- Full repaint in the new operator’s livery,
- Modifications to the cabin and avionics systems to meet EASA compliance standards.

In May, the aircraft successfully passed its ARC inspection and received our recommendation, leading to the issuance of the Certificate of Airworthiness (CofA) by the Maltese authority. It was later deregistered from Malta and registered in Sweden. On May 23, the final aircraft was officially delivered to the new operator and removed from our CAMO oversight.

Our scope of work included:
*Preparing the maintenance program,
* Verifying technical documentation from the previous operator,
* Registering/deregistering the aircraft in Malta,
* Obtaining flight permits (PtF),
*Defining and supervising the maintenance scope,
* Managing airworthiness records and issuing ARC recommendations,
* Supporting CofA inspections on-site,
*Delivering operator documentation (ABC folders),
* Managing short-term storage.

Thanks to the professionalism and dedication of our team, the project was delivered successfully – on time and in full compliance.
