In this article, Michalina Kuska, Maria A. Nowak, Hanna Żukowska, Marcin Pasek, and Mirosława Szark-Eckardt examine how different levels of physical activity relate to people's daily experiences. It’s a connection that feels quite intuitive, but becomes more interesting when observed across groups and over time.

This April, we are staying with the topic of health — not only in the clinical sense, but also in the way it shows up in everyday work and relationships. Around 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗮𝘆 it’s often these less visible aspects that feel worth a closer look.

Stay with us, as we’ll share a few more perspectives throughout the month.
For many years, researchers have known 𝘗𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘩 𝘑𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘰𝘧 𝘊𝘩𝘦𝘮𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 𝘛𝘦𝘤𝘩𝘯𝘰𝘭𝘰𝘨𝘺, published by the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin, as a venue for research in chemical technology and related fields.
From 2025, the journal continues under a new title: 𝙂𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙎𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙨. The name changes, but the scope remains the same, covering research in chemistry, chemical and materials engineering, and biotechnology.
With an Impact Factor of 1.0 and an editorial team led by Editor-in-Chief Beata Zielińska, the journal is also joining our 𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲. This means closer collaboration between the editorial team and our publishing advisors as the journal moves into its next stage of development.
We’re looking forward to seeing how 𝙂𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙎𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙨 grows — and to hearing how the community responds to the journal’s new chapter.
