has secured funding from the European Union for the project titled: “Preparation of the Eurogrant application planned to be implemented under the EIC Accelerator Open 2025 programme”, under Measure 02.12 “Grants for Eurogrants”, financed by the European Funds for a Modern Economy 2021-2027 programme. The grant agreement no. FENG.02.12-IP.02-0436/25 was signed on 30 March 2026.

The objective of the Project is to prepare an application for a Eurogrant under the Horizon Europe Framework Programme, within the EIC Accelerator Open call (https://ec.europa.eu/info/funding-tenders/opportunities/portal/screen/opportunities/topic-details/HORIZON-EIC-2026-ACCELERATOR-01), organised and centrally managed by the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA). The EIC Accelerator programme supports deep-tech innovations at TRL levels 6-9.

Scope of the Eurogrant: Preparation of the small-molecule drug candidate OATD-01 and its clinical development programme for the initiation of Phase III trials in the treatment of pulmonary sarcoidosis, as well as the development of strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical companies to enable the delivery of this breakthrough therapy to patients.

The Project result assumes the completion of the application evaluation process and obtaining a minimum score of 6/9 (“GO”) at the full application stage.
