MEXICAN GOAT KVLT 🇲🇽🐐

We cannot wait to make our return in a couple of weeks!

Who will we be seeing for a few days of complete and total mayhem, and some goat worship?

I’m finally home after a couple of the most fun weeks of my life. The Goatkraft & Granite tour in support of our latest album, ‘Coronach’, was our biggest headline tour to date, and I feel that it was successful in so many ways.

Thank you so much to the excellent bands that joined us on this run, Schizophrenia, Sarcator & Devastator. You all ripped the stage each and every night, gave us a good time, and just made these couple of weeks better! A special mention toTurbowitch who joined us in Hungary, as well as Scordatura in Glasgow.

And to Doomstar as well as each and every promoter/venue/crew/sound and light engineer/volunteer involved in making this tour possible. Your work behind the scenes doesn’t go unnoticed, and is very much appreciated.

Cheers to Jerome, Clarkie and Billy for stepping in during this tour while Max & Andy were unavailable. And I would very much like to thank Marianne for doing basically everything - TMing, driving, merch, the lot!

And the biggest thank you to all of YOU, the Goat Kvlt, who came out to a show! I say this a lot, but it’s honestly so surreal to see so many of you supporting the band, and I am so very grateful that I’m able to meet and talk to you, and that you care enough to want a photo with me or an autograph. To all existing fans of the band, and to those who may have just recently discovered us - the Goat Kvlt is ALIVE!

It’s quite a bittersweet ending though, as our live guitarist of 9 years, Joseph, will be moving on to pursue other things. No bad blood or anything, just life and priorities change, and that’s all there is to it! It’s really difficult to express how much I appreciate the time and effort Jo has put into the band over the years, and I’ve spent more time with him in this period than almost anyone else. We’ve had a lot of great times, and shared a lot of good memories & achievements that neither of us thought possible back in the beginning. We had a great tour, and it was only fitting that we end the last show with a Metallica cover. So, I wish Joseph the best going forward, and urge you to check out Desert Heretic and whatever else he may do in the future.

We ain’t done yet however, and there will be more to announce tomorrow!
