Do difficult conversations make you uncomfortable, frustrated, or stuck? 👀

Join us for an interactive online conference where we will explore practical tools inspired by Nonviolent Communication (NVC) to better understand conflicts, together with the feelings and needs involved in them.

✨ What to expect:
• Storytelling from real organisational conflicts
• Exploring feelings & needs through games
• Introduction to practical NVC tools
• Presentation of a workbook and a board game that can help you navigate your conflicts

Have you ever ended up having a tensed discussion, a debate when speaking with a dear one about a topic in which both of you share a strong and opposite opinion? 🥵

I had and I ended up feeling more disconnected from the person after ending our discussion. 💔

I invite you to learn together how to express our opinions with care and also hear another person’s opinions with curiosity. 👀👂🏻🫶🏻
